All sessions are 55 minutes long unless otherwise noted. Please arrive 10 minutes early for your 1st lesson to fill out a registration form. Please wear leggings or shorts and an easy to move in shirt.

Private Lessons

Without a doubt, the most effective way to begin exploring and understanding the pilates system is in a one-on-one private session. Individualized instruction maximizes your understanding of the many concepts and movements particular to this system and how to apply them to your body.

Semi-Private Lessons

These lessons are designed for people who are ready to learn the basic principals of pilates in a semi-private setting - you and one or two other students and a instructor. Semi-Privates are designed for a healthy, uninjured body.

Mat Class

Mat work is done without the equipment and is the corner stone of the Pilates fitness system. Recommended for beginners and advanced students alike, mat work truly engages you from the inside out.

Movement Integration

This service is for anyone who is interested in experiencing themselves and their relationship to their body in a more holistic way. Through a series of specific movements and judgment free feedback we are able to move in a more authentic and natural way, allowing our unique natural beauty to shine through our movements.

Postural Analysis with Observable Results

Accurate feedback (free from judgment or opinion) is one of the quickest ways the human body moves into a state of balance. Seeing your body change over 10 or 20 lessons is one of the best ways to build value and confidence.

At The Pilates Body we offer Postural Analysis and "Before and After" photos. This process is invaluable to anyone truly interested in seeing shifts in their body. Through the use of a high resolution digital camera and a 2 inch grid we will be able to observe in much greater detail the postural habits you may have that are causing pain and putting unnecessary strain on your body. We are then able to design a more comprehensive workout program for you using information obtained through this digital "snap shot", in turn assisting you in creating the physique you desire.

Private and Group Yoga Instruction

Sara has been teaching and practicing yoga for the past 15 years. Her yoga instruction is centered around guiding individules to tap into their potential and embody it through movement.
